The 2018 Health System Symposium will bring together organizations and key stakeholders dedicated to improving the health of Georgians.
The goal of the symposium is to engage attendees in a broad dialog on issues to improve the health of communities and integrate clinical and community health and prevention strategies.
The event is open to a wide range of public health and health care leaders in Georgia working in primary care and community settings, including: primary care physicians; nurses and nurse practitioners; medical directors and senior leaders; health care administrators and office practice managers; quality improvement leaders; and public health practitioners and students.
The symposium will take place on June 5-6, 2018 in Peachtree City, GA, and will feature three training workshops on Tuesday, June 5th and a full day of concurrent workshops on Wednesday, June 6th. CEUs for Nurses and CHES Credits will be offered.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided on both days. Day 1 will also feature a free networking reception and mixer.
